Safety and compliance

Complaints, Content Removal, and Appeals

Anyone may report content or conduct on Crush. We acknowledge reports immediately and aim to have every complaint resolved within five business days. Content with evidence of illegality, non-consent, exploitation, or immediate danger is restricted while it is reviewed and, when confirmed, removed immediately.

Who may report

Any fan, creator, rights holder, or any person depicted in content may submit a complaint or request removal.

Urgent protection

Mark immediate danger or suspected illegal content in the form so it is sent to the emergency review queue.

Independent appeal

A different reviewer handles appeals. An unresolved disagreement may be sent to a neutral body at Crush's expense.

Records and privacy

Crush keeps an auditable case record of submissions, evidence descriptions, review actions, notices, decisions, and appeals for the period required by applicable law and card-network rules. Access is limited to authorized staff. Do not resend prohibited media; describe the evidence and how our reviewers can obtain it safely. See our privacy policy and content moderation policy.
