Creator Agreement

Eligibility and identity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate registration information and complete any identity, age, sanctions, or payment checks required by Crush or its service providers. Creator tools remain unavailable until Crush records a successful age-verification decision.
Your account
You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. You may authorize approved agency staff or chatters to act for you through Crush, but you remain responsible for their actions and for keeping your account information current.
Content and consent
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Crush the limited rights needed to host, review, display, sell, and deliver that content through the service. You represent that every person depicted is an adult, has given valid consent, and that you keep the records required by law. You must not upload content that is illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by our policies.
Review and removal
Crush may review content before publication and monitor it after approval. Crush may reject, disable, preserve, or remove content and may suspend account capabilities while investigating a complaint, safety concern, legal request, or policy violation. The Content Moderation Policy forms part of this agreement.
Payments and records
Payment providers may require separate onboarding and terms. Fees, reserves, refunds, payout timing, and supported methods are shown in the service or applicable payment terms. You are responsible for taxes and payout details. Crush may retain transaction, consent, verification, moderation, and audit records as required for compliance and dispute handling.
Electronic acceptance
Selecting the unchecked acceptance box and submitting the verification request is your electronic signature. Crush records your user identity, creator identity, agreement version, and server acceptance time. A later agreement version requires a new acceptance before restricted creator capabilities resume.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service subject to outstanding obligations. Crush may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, failed verification, legal requirement, payment risk, or threat to users or the service. Terms that must reasonably survive, including ownership, payment, records, liability, and dispute provisions, continue after termination.
