Pre-screening and Content Moderation Policy

Review before sale

Every new upload enters a pending state and is reviewed before it can be offered for sale or delivered to a fan. Administrators are the only role permitted to approve or reject content. Creators and chatters cannot bypass this review.

Review decisions

An administrator reviews the media, its description, creator, file type, labels, and prior decisions. Approved content may be sold and delivered. Rejected content remains unavailable, and a rejection reason is recorded. Each decision creates an immutable decision history containing the reviewer, time, result, and reason when supplied.

Prohibited content

Crush does not approve or permit the following content:

• Content involving, depicting, or sexualizing anyone under 18, or any person whose age cannot be verified.
• Non-consensual activity, intimate material shared without consent, coercion, exploitation, or hidden recordings.
• Incest, bestiality, sexual violence, trafficking, or content that promotes or facilitates those activities.
• Sexual activity involving a person who is intoxicated, incapacitated, asleep, unconscious, or otherwise unable to consent.
• Content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringes another person's rights, or violates applicable card-network rules.

Ongoing monitoring

Approved content is placed into a scheduled periodic re-review queue. An administrator must either confirm that it remains compliant or reject it. A new decision is added to the audit history after every completed re-review. Content may also be reviewed again at any time following a report, policy change, or new risk information.

Removal and escalation

Content that fails review is blocked from new sales and delivery. Reported content is reviewed promptly and may be disabled while it is investigated. Crush preserves the moderation record even when an item is archived. Suspected illegal content, exploitation, or trafficking is escalated to the appropriate authorities when required by law.

Report content or a safety concern through our contact page or email support@crushpay.com. Include enough information for the content and account to be identified without resending prohibited material.
