Human-Trafficking Prevention Policy
Draft 1.0 · Updated August 12, 2026 · Pending legal approval
Crush prohibits human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation, coercion, and any content or conduct that facilitates those harms. This policy describes the controls used to prevent abuse, protect affected people, and escalate suspected criminal activity.
Immediate danger
Contact local emergency services first when someone is in immediate danger. Then report the concern to Crush so content and account access can be restricted while the case is reviewed.
Prevention and pre-screening
Creator content is subject to pre-publication review. Unreviewed or rejected paid content cannot be sold or delivered. Reviewers check for indicators of underage persons, coercion, non-consent, exploitation, trafficking, and other prohibited activity. Approved content remains subject to periodic and report-triggered review.
Reports and urgent restriction
Anyone may report suspicious content, conduct, or an account. Reports involving trafficking, exploitation, underage persons, or immediate danger receive emergency triage. Authorized administrators may restrict linked content and relevant account capabilities while the facts are reviewed.
Victim safety and privacy
Victim safety takes priority over ordinary account or content workflows. Access to reports is limited to authorized staff. Reports should describe how evidence can be obtained safely instead of resending prohibited media. Crush avoids notifying a suspected trafficker when notice could increase danger or compromise an investigation.
Evidence and audit records
Crush preserves relevant records, including the report, linked content identifiers, review actions, decisions, notices, and external case references, for the period required by applicable law and payment-network rules. Sensitive evidence is handled only by authorized personnel and is not placed in public tickets or source control.
Law-enforcement escalation
Suspected trafficking or exploitation is escalated to the designated compliance owner. Crush engages law enforcement, emergency services, payment partners, or other appropriate authorities when required by law, necessary to protect a person, or appropriate based on credible evidence. Staff preserve the audit trail and record any external report reference that may lawfully be retained.
Enforcement and review
Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal and may result in payment restrictions, account suspension, termination, and external reporting. Crush reviews this policy and the supporting procedures when laws, payment-network rules, or platform risks change.
Operational ownership and training
Authorized compliance administrators own urgent escalation and case decisions. Personnel assigned to moderation or complaint handling must receive training on trafficking indicators, victim-centered handling, evidence security, escalation paths, and the limits of their role before handling these cases.
Submit a report
Use the complaints portal to report suspected trafficking, exploitation, non-consent, or illegal content. Select the emergency option when there is immediate danger.
