Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Crush, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. Creators must also accept the current, versioned Creator Agreement.

Service and accounts

Crush enables creators and authorized team members to manage fan conversations, creator content, payment links, and related records. The service may host, review, sell, and deliver creator-submitted content through the paid-content vault. Payment processing is provided by third parties, and Crush does not hold or custody cryptocurrency.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these terms. You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and complete any identity, age, sanctions, or payment checks required for your role.

Creator content and consent

Creators retain ownership of their content and grant Crush the limited rights needed to store, inspect, display, sell, and deliver it through the service. Creators must have the rights and valid consent required for every upload and every person depicted. All paid-content uploads are subject to review before sale or delivery and to continuing monitoring under the Content Moderation Policy.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not upload, sell, distribute, request, promote, or otherwise use Crush for:

• Content involving, depicting, or sexualizing anyone under 18, or any person whose age cannot be verified.
• Non-consensual activity, intimate material shared without consent, coercion, exploitation, or hidden recordings.
• Incest, bestiality, sexual violence, human trafficking, or content that promotes or facilitates those activities.
• Sexual activity involving a person who is intoxicated, incapacitated, asleep, unconscious, or otherwise unable to consent.
• Content or conduct that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or prohibited by applicable payment-network rules.

Review, reporting, and enforcement

Crush may reject, restrict, or remove content; suspend payments, delivery, or account capabilities; preserve relevant records; and suspend or terminate accounts when content or conduct violates these terms, creates a safety risk, or requires investigation. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to payment partners, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or necessary to protect users.

Anyone may submit a complaint, removal request, or consent concern through the Complaints and Appeals process. Reports involving suspected exploitation or trafficking are also handled under the Human-Trafficking Prevention Policy.

Fees, payments, and payouts

Fees and supported payment methods are disclosed in the service or applicable payment terms. Third-party processors may impose their own requirements, reserves, refunds, settlement times, or restrictions. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible, and users are responsible for accurate wallet and payout information.

Records and privacy

Crush may retain account, transaction, consent, verification, moderation, complaint, and audit records as needed to operate the service, enforce these terms, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Suspension and termination

Crush may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, failed verification, payment risk, legal requirement, or threat to users or the service. Terms that must reasonably survive, including ownership, payment, records, liability, and dispute obligations, continue after termination.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a new version and effective date. When required, creators must accept the new version before restricted capabilities resume. Questions may be submitted through the contact page.
